What we collect
We collect what you need, the quantity, your price limit if you give one, your location, your deadline and your email. You can also provide a photo and choose whether to receive updates. We ask for your name and phone number only when you join an offer.
Why we collect it
We use these details to group requests from nearby buyers, ask suppliers for prices and email you about your request.
Who sees your details
Suppliers see the parts and quantities the group needs. They do not see who you are until you accept an offer. Then only that supplier receives your name, phone number and email to fill the order.
How long we keep it
We remove personal details after 24 months without activity. We keep part demand without personal data. If you provide a photo, we may keep it to help identify parts in future. Hidden photo data such as location and device details is removed before storage.
Service providers
Service providers help us identify parts from words and photos and send email. They act on our instructions and do not use your details for anything else.
Your choices
Reply to any email to withdraw a request. To ask us to delete your details, email AuraBull05@gmail.com.
Updates
We send marketing updates only if you tick the updates box. You can unsubscribe at any time. Emails about your request come either way.
Form privacy
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Read the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy addendum.
