Terms of use
What BuySignal does
We bring together buyers who need the same parts and introduce them to a supplier. Sending a request does not commit you to buy. Group prices depend on enough buyers accepting the offer. We may decline or close a request.
Your purchase
We do not sell, ship or provide a warranty for the parts. The sale is between you and the supplier. We do not take your payment. You pay the supplier directly. Check the part, price, delivery and warranty terms with the supplier before you buy.
Fees
BuySignal is free for buyers. Suppliers pay us a referral fee when a group order closes.
Using the service
Send genuine requests and accurate contact details. Only share photos you have permission to use. Do not send unlawful material, spam or requests intended to harm others or disrupt the service.
Governing law
The laws of Manitoba and the applicable laws of Canada govern these terms.
